Abby has committed her education and training to help those in need. Abby focuses her practice on representing injured individuals and their families. Abby litigates her cases all the way to the end - from the filing of the complaint to a completed jury trial. She is a true advocate and prides herself in providing excellent customer service to her clients.
Abby has experience litigating claims arising from car wrecks, trucking wrecks, nursing home abuse, and medical negligence. Abby represents individuals who have suffered critical injuries, including brain and spinal cord injuries. Abby also represents families that have lost loved ones due to negligence and assists those families in pursuing wrongful death claims on behalf of their lost family member.
Prior to representing injured individuals, Abby practiced as a business litigator at a large regional law firm and later, at a boutique business litigation law firm. She gained meaningful experience defending international banks, national insurance companies, and other corporations. Abby's prior practice as a defense attorney provides her with a unique perspective in understanding and anticipating defense strategy and other business implications involved in litigation, which she can now employ to the advantage of her clients.
Abby grew up in Louisville and graduated from DuPont Manual High School with honors while playing three varsity sports. In her spare time, Abby enjoys volunteering, running, playing tennis, traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, Jordan, and dog, Stringer.
