Bio

Abby Green is dedicated to standing up for people and families whose lives have been forever changed by negligence. She represents individuals in cases involving medical negligence, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, car wrecks, and truck crashes, with a particular focus on life-altering injuries such as brain and spinal cord trauma. Abby approaches every case with determination, compassion, and a relentless drive to uncover the truth and hold wrongdoers accountable.

Her results in the courtroom speak for themselves. As lead counsel, Abby secured a $440,000 jury verdict for an elderly client who suffered soft-tissue injuries in a minor rear-end collision—after the defense had offered less than $50,000 before trial. In another recent case, she led the trial team representing a young woman who suffered a traumatic brain injury after being thrown from a horse. Despite years of the defense denying responsibility and blaming the victim, Abby overcame a motion for summary judgment, presented the case to a jury, and won a $3.35 million verdict, with the jury assigning 100% of the fault to the defendant. These and other substantial verdicts reflect her ability to take on tough cases and win.

Before turning her career toward representing injured people, Abby practiced business litigation at both a large regional law firm and a boutique practice, where she defended corporations, international banks, and national insurance companies. This experience gives her a rare perspective: she understands defense strategy from the inside and now uses that knowledge to the advantage of her clients.

A Louisville native, Abby graduated from DuPont Manual High School with honors while competing in three varsity sports. She went on to the University of Georgia’s Honors College, earning dual majors in Political Science and International Affairs, before returning home to attend the University of Kentucky College of Law. There, she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif.

Outside the courtroom, Abby enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, reading, and spending time with her husband, Jordan, and their two daughters, Gigi and Rhodes. Their family also includes a Goldendoodle, Stringer Bell.
